He loves to find the letter 'B'. Anywhere we go, he'll keep asking, "B kahan hain, B kahan hai?" People have favorite colors, songs, cartoon characters; Sameer has a favorite letter, B. He has a toy from LeapFrog that he got as a first birthday gift. It has all the letters of the alphabet along with an animal picture associated with it. So the letter B has a bee with it. It makes the sound bzzz. Everytime I would say B, I would go bzzz. Before he learned to make the sound 'B', he would just go bzzz. So he would point to the letter B and say, "Mumma, bzzzz."
We were in Neemrana fort palace recently and Sameer found the letter B in two places. In one of the photos, the stone inscription reads Mukut Bagh, and the other picture shows the door to the terrace that was attached to our room. If you look at the top two panes, it does sort of look like a B. Although it took us some time to realize that. Everytime he looked at that door, he would exclaim,"B, B." We both would exchange puzzled looks and tell him there is no B here, till we finally realized what he was pointing to.
