Sameer is still in that age when he loves to meet new people and will gladly smile when they talk to him. I have read in various books that children go thorugh a phase of 'stranger anxiety' beginning around the age of 8 or 9 months. Before that however, they'll have a phase where they will exhibit 'showmanship,' smiling at anyone who talks to them or wants to play with them. Yesterday evening a couple came over and the wife wanted to hold him. He had no issues going to her and smiling at her and making his usual sounds -- hmm, beve, ga or ka, not sure.
Last month we went to an engagement party. He loved all the attention he got.
Lets hope he stays this way!
